We seek to acquire properties and portfolios with valuable underlying assets, strong cash flows in sub-markets with attractive fundamentals. We take a proactive approach to investing and seek situations where value can be created through operational improvements, asset repositioning and balance sheet restructuring.
We are long-term, value-oriented investors with a strong focus on capital preservation and disciplined acquisition strategy. The hotels we look to acquire are in the top 50 MSAs in the United States and operating under a brand owned by Marriott, Hilton, IHG or Hyatt.
